Cancellation policy
The date we receive your written cancellation (for example by e-mail to info@hausastenalm.de) determines which rate applies. Depending on how close to arrival you cancel, the following scales apply.
Guesthouse rooms

The whole house

| 28 to 14 days before arrival | 75 % |
| Less than 14 days before arrival | 100 % |
In the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100 % of the total price.
Our tip: consider taking out travel cancellation insurance – it covers exactly these costs if you have to cancel at short notice.
